Our 14-Day Refund Policy

At Doc Herbals, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Not part of a non-refundable category, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or hazardous materials.

Initiating a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@docherbals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that refund requests must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error was made in your order. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defect or damage when initiating the return.
